Pelcas International Nigeria Limited is a limited liability company incorporated in Nigeria in November 1994. It is a registered private company with registration number RC. 257667.
The company’s primary purpose is to provide corporate services, information products, and strategic management for Africa’s educational and industrial institutions toward the emergence of a full-fledged industrialized continent that will stand shoulder-equal with others worldwide.
We exist to provide excellent global services that will create added value while employing exceptional professional skills for an enduring relationship.

Our Subsidiaries/ Divisions
Shortly after its 10th anniversary in 2004, the Management of Pelcas International Nigeria Limited considered creating some subsidiaries/divisions to enhance the efficiency of its operations. That led to the establishment of Pelcas Educational & Management Consult and Pelcas Prints and Publishers. A more recent development is the establishment of Pelcas Leadership Initiative, an NGO for youth leadership development.
Pelcas Educational & Management Consult is a division of Pelcas International Nigeria Limited, specializing in project feasibility studies, strategic planning and business review, social project management, human resource services, and digital & social media marketing.
This Management Consulting division comprises a team of organizational psychologists, career advisers, corporate strategic planners, investment analysts, scientists, engineers, and Human Resource professionals. Some of them are experienced, external consultants.
The Consult is committed to delivering best practice solutions that ensure that our clients maximize their people’s and profitability potentials and promote corporate values in powering the performance of their businesses.
We specialize in providing custom-made solutions for governments and organizations throughout Nigeria and Africa, with the core objectives of improving the achievement of individual goals and organizational performance, satisfaction and growth, thus providing excellent service delivery for each project.
Pelcas Prints & Publishers: Having Information products was part of the company’s initial strategy to realize its vision, and this started with the publishing of books for some authors in 1998 and 1999. This division, Pelcas Prints & Publishers, was, however, launched in 2004 when Management decided to make some businesses independent. Since then, the Division has published textbooks, biographies, and monographs. Some of the published works are presented in the table below. Some of our published works may be viewed here.
Pelcas Leadership Initiative: This is an NGO established established in 2018 for youth leadership development.
